I agree a $450k package for a turnover of $9m is high. I'll have to go through my notes to refresh my memory on what basis is the package determined i.e. the at risk component.
It will take a few days as I am currently flat out.
Also, from memory he was basically the MD for Network Services in the dying days/months.
Personally, I beleive if staff are kicking ass, no reason they should not be well remunerated. As what has rightly been pointed out, we should all benefit.
