The point Mee was trying to make is for a company that hasn't turned a profit in 8+ years - its a bit rich for the MD to be asking for $450k and on top of that have options coming out his rear end - and lets not forget the $9.5 million YOU quote for revenue is inclusive of the original TEE (revenue for TEE as a division out-weighed BEAM revenue).
Put the MD on $200k - let him earn his living by hitting SP targets (thereby releasing conditions on options). CLEVER1 - its a benefit to all - I can't see how you could see this in a negative light. If the guy takes TEE forward he stands to gain alot more than $450k per/year...
