To have endured the GFC took some guts. We were fortunate to buy during the GFC and have a significant pile although not as many as we would have liked.
This sale will reduce our mortgage by a significant amount. We are hanging in there till next week before selling on market or to RIO.
RIO has yet to call and feel a little left out!
