I wouldn't pay another penny even if they sell at discount 1c per share as far as the current management this company's having.

They re just not up for the job. If the operation not feasible anymore, shut it down and sell the equipement move on to something else rather than continue to trash the share for peanuts to feed the black hole!

It s the management of this company destroy the share price quicker than the market did! 60c 40c 20c and now 12c and for peanuts which will last them another quater and then what next? I afraid they will have to double that discount to 6c to line them up with an explorer. in fact they are an explorer not a producer as they haven't produced anything for pass 2.5 years except peanuts and they burn the cash quicker than an explorer.

So in fair market if CEO perform you raise his bonus what about if a CEO consistently not perform and destroy the company values quicker than the market did? well time to send he packing.
