An interesting move and I am surprised that the Directors can defer a call.It could be that the full amount of 10c may not be called in one call after March 31.From the ann

"they have resolved that no call will be made before 31 March 2014 on
account of the unpaid amount of 10 cents per share. The date and amounts of any call or
calls that may be made thereafter will be made in accordance with the Constitution, the
Corporations Act 2001 and the ASX Listing Rules"

Yes,lucky we have a big holder of the contribs on the Board and at current prices OXXCB is a good "extended option" on activity on the Northwest and NZ.
