    Very early stage and only in 5 individuals. This approach needs an autologous bone marrow transplant so I am not sure how general it would be for HIV, but it could prove useful if you have lymphoma too.

    The problem with all the shRNA, RNAi and even crispr treatments is delivery. Just getting the RNA into all of the target cells is a really hard problem.
