As best as I can tell, Benitec has not filed any new patent applications for any new treatments. As patents are the guardians of IP and therefore dollars, the only way that I can see "excitement" being generated is if we licence someone else's proven IP. If this is the case, where oh where is there a suitable target? Any ideas?
