approx 148.5m NHR shares on issue.

complusory acquistion at 91.55%=136m shares

they(SVW) own 66.2%=98m shares

shares therefore required=136-98=38m shares.

38/148.5= about 25% of the issued shares.

which means basically Elphinstone @ about 21% and 1 OTHER large shareholder has to accept for the deal to get over the line.

essentially without Dale Elphintone support the deal wont go through.
