Was hoping that Russian export restriction beat-up went on a little longer and took CBOT up to last year's high. Would have been one mother of a shorting opportunity! Still could be but the trade right now is probably long wheat as it found support and bounced after a nearly 90c/bu fall. In general world wheat stocks are sufficient without being abundant so as is often the case, we're only a drought away from very high prices. When someone can predict the weather with accuracy, 12 months out, let me know!
