Without sounding like a ramper, I have seen various SP push downs like CAJ's recent drop, for other value plays like GXL, ZNT and now NTC. Those companies were largely in the dog house over a period and then on H1 reporting or AGM day, they get a TO offer.
I have been expecting a TO here for a while as the industry consolidates. I think we are getting closer and I am sure PE is always in management's ear about the possibilities.
