I’d give it an extra 5% editda margin for that individual practice, so maybe 5mil revenue for that practice (at a push), increase ebitda margin from 20% to 25%, so maybe 250k/pa pre tax.
depends a lot on the surrounding demand from specialists obviously But will be good for sports imaging for sure.
