Nobody uses CT ago diagnose and manage cancer. Nuclear medicine is what is used, This is hot air!!
Basically nothing for CT.
Same as MRI licences being given to small rural towns as they will be under-utilised giving the LIB/NP good publicity but not really benefiting the nation.
