Well, they have received $30m applying for $10m of new shares... No mention of how the allocation will be done but it will be "minimal". This could either be a pro-rated allocation based on the original holding, or a minimal number per application. We'll find out in the next day or so.
Interesting to see how long they hang onto the extra $20m... It must be earning over $3,000 per day in interest - Would this go to the registry that is handling the issue or to Catalpa?
