Does anyone have an inkling how many additional shares will be allocated to those who apply for them, and how they will be allocated? e.g. Director Peter Maloney has 8,729 rights, but is applying for 108,729 new shares. This is over 10 times his allocation. When WES had oversubscriptions in their last issue they gave those who applied up to 1000 shares regardless of their holding. Other companies have proportioned the issue based on the original holding. Which system will CAH use? Do they have to apply the same system to everyone, or can they allocate to directors first, then others in a second tier system? They are raising $10m from this part which works out to be equal to every shareholder taking up their allocation, but there will be a group of inelligible shareholders, and another group that don't get around to applying. I assume it is only the rights of these two groups that are up for grabs. Does anyone know something more?
