Good question ,and why is SMH taking so much interest if the others are not .
IMHO newspapers opinions are all fluff to Kermode ,he deals with the bottom line in court.
I am not trying to build him up,he is not getting any younger and i sometimes wonder if he has bitten off more than he can chew ,but his record speaks for itself and i am sure he has armed himself with the best lawyers money can buy.
