    You have got to be Joking. This sounds like a desperate attempt by the ABG to get some up front funding from a carpetbagger. Is this even constitutional. Bougainville Advanced Mining will not even be a PNG company. Indications are that it will be registered in British Virgin Isles. Is this legal and how will the ABG and supposed landowners keep control of that?
    This is a disgraceful hour in the history of Bougainville.
