The last of the state adjustments from 10% to 5% surcharge occurs this year. Earnings should at least stabilise in FY18 and some confidence should return. Stock is worth 42.50 on current fundamentals.

p.s. Uber means under in German - maybe the company is flagging its own eventual death.

Analysts EPS expectations for 2018 is 18c.
Whilst i agree that earnings should stabilize in 2018, its unlikely that earnings will grow significantly.

So given ex-growth status, I would not want to pay in excess of 10 times earnings.
Hence in my opinion CAB becomes an accumulate at a price below $1.80 and a buy at prices significantly below $1.80.

I am happy to sit on the sidelines for the moment.
