I can't answer the why part but I have signed the documentation and I am on the hook for the fees, so to speak, but I am sourcing a CA funder for that. I understand people's frustration with this whole debacle, so if you like email me and I'll send you a copy of the last email I got from the lawyer just before xmas. It's still moving forward however I signed a confidentiality agreement. so I can't go into any details on a public forum, but as fellow it would be ok to discuss it offline. In fact, I would be very interested in your views as you know a bit about KZLs re-listing after being relaunched in 2010.
