Class action, I am not so sure. I had one phone conversation with this guy a long time back and never heard from him again. He asked me to sign the paperwork to give them the ability to investigate but never got a thing from him after that, no forms to sign, he was supposed to email them to me, but absolutely nothing arrived. I will be proceeding with caution if anything else comes up, I would have thought he would have had the decency to at least tell me if he was going down another route.
