"MacPherson is very good in technical issues, and he is a good man. I have no doubt about it. But he is not a good as Managing Director IMO. The share price tells that to me."

Yes, MacPherson is kind of problem despite he is very good on technical issues. But managing a stock market company is more than he can handle I guess. The result tells me that. The result is the stock price. That is it. There is no other benchmark the measure the success of a CEO, IMO.

I think he will lose the control at some stage very soon as the sp is going cheaper every week. Sanders has left. There will be other cracks soon. And MacPherson will be surrandered at the end, then he will be executed as a failed CEO.

He should see his weak and strong points from today and change the things himself for the benefit of everyone.
