Yes and you can stop em getting a payout etc at next to no risk and at the same time a increased valuation would increase NEA price should someone make a offer. Better still keeping it public for any extra time allows scrutiny and comparison and we know NEA wins that comparison.
You can win morally and strategically just by making it harder and more expensive for EV as every days delay is a bonus for nearmap IMO
