    You're not wrong. Spookfish management are devious and are throwing a cheap shot at holders.

    I'm not stating to put a decent amount into SFI just buy an immaterial amount of shares so you can vote on the takeover. Remember management want people to vote yes, if you vote no it's effectively a vote against management.
