You're quite correct. I started a thread on hotcopper to try and convince more people to buy small parcels as well as vote no. It's clear that EV is getting a bargain and I suspect they will stall the ramp up of cameras until they have clearance of the takeover so royalties don't start flowing into SFI. (Unless EV knows they can't acquire it in which case they'll have to ramp up the cameras or face a massive blow from Nearmap)

Thankfully Viburnum funds bought up 5% of SFI so they'll likely vote no to the takeover as well.

I'll be posting the Nearmap contracts I have collected soon and you will see some nice wins. (Material value!)

If there is one thing I can ask fellow Nearmap holders, please buy a small amount of SFI shares and vote NO. They need 50% of people on the registry at a minimum to pass it and it's clear that voting NO is the best option for both Spookfish and Nearmap holders. It's great to have all our interests aligned at one point. The reality is if EV want SFI they have to pay up!
