It is a risk I agree. But he obviously is not management material. Some people are just better as employees. He may actually enjoy having the pressure off and I assume he holds quite a few shares himself he would like to see succeed.
The point is that the past management of OIL owe a lot of shareholders here. A lot to make up for. Makes no financial difference to me but I would like to see them succeed.
It is a risk I agree. But he obviously is not management...
