Sorry surge, I am guessing at least 3 months possibly as long as 9. I know nothing about court proceeding in Canada, but the wait just to have a hearing for the date, and my experience in QLD court.......
Oh well, atv is taking a back seat in my life anyway, rarely think about it anymore.......
No plans to sell, just hold and wait and wait....... I dont need my house deposit for a few years, so its all irrelevant.
