Do any other holders consider ATV an ideal AUD hedge?
I am of the belief the aud is on the verge of a long overdue permanent correction. Artificially pumped up for a multitude of reasons not applicable to this thread.
However based upon my position re the AUD, ATV provides a very good exposure. Borrow 150mil in AUD to spend offshore, when the AUD is high and recieve the cashflow/repay the loan as it depreciates against gold.
Just another little reason in the back of my mind further adding to Touquoy/CH projects economic credentials.
Obviously a few big risks/uncertainties to hinder my fairytale, namely; timing.
