LeDerp, the profit share arrangemnet under which it was acquired brings about circa 50mil off the NPV of Touquoy, about the same as the interest bill at 20%pa, so its not a massive adverse influence. Over 10 years its circa 20% of the entire CH & Touquoy NPV.
As far as likely hood of funding, if ATV doesnt get the $$ then not many other goldies will be getting any $$ to develop projects. If all competitive debt fails I am sure there would be an institution out there happy to provide funding with convertible bonds with options around the 8c mark, not great for shareholders but better than nothing. I would be happy with a gold loan for 150mil at 20% interest, surely that is appealling to at least one institution on this planet..
