Oh i didnt know that. 60% is a bit of a problem but still the NPV is still pretty good compared to the market cap.
Wally looks pretty solid.
A bit surprised no big institutions... perhaps they are waiting for title settlements. The top 20 sometimes holds the clue to the availability of financing.
Canada is a great place though and taxes low.
