I think it is time for the big share holders to take a stand.

They are the ones who will take the biggest hit, so far they have always played along and voted the way the board wants.

If they do this again they will lose big dollars. This company after doing some research has a history of just moving from company name to company name and taking peoples savings from them.

How can they sleep at night? probably in a comfortable bed in a mansion paid for over time by us suckers who fall for the false information spewed forth year after year.

The top 20 who are not board member should be contacted and convinced the board should show results or shut this donkey down. How in good consciousness can AM take his 350k+ wage and continue in his role producing nothing year after year, then consolidate to raise funds and "rinse and repeat".

Why is not mandatory when a company in this shape doesn't have forensic accountants going through the books and see who actually has been paid for "exploration and evaluation". Would like to see where the money actually went.

All I can say is if this goes ahead I will join every forum that there is an denounce what this company has done over the last 10 years.

HotCopper should take a stand as well and instead of just preaching of the next big thing, take a stand against companies like this and put them in a red flag section, buyer be very aware.
