    How can this even be remotely legal?

    Ethically challenged sure, but brokers punting this out to the general masses when this is the history? There should be a compulsory history listing of companies when someone is buying/selling shares (Ideas for a new website - Maybe I'll do that and make money out of it). No way QPN is going to make money with the way they operate.
