Well done on TTXPA. At the moment it seems that going down the HDF equities route would of provided more benefits... but that could be short lived if this sales process does not deliver.
The AFR mentions that the major shareholders of HDF (Investors Mutual being the largest) are at present backing HDF's stance that the TCW's valuation does not deliver. It mentioned that they were happy to wait out the formal sales process.
