So Origin ends Waitsia sales process, pursues NewCo IPO of oil and gas upstream (ex APLNG) in first half of next year. Says Waitsia stake contributes 30% to NewCo gas reserves. In other words, a key asset for NewCo. Should provide more pricing/value transparency on Waitsia's worth, assuming AWE still involved by then.... I note AWE shares are down, Origin up sharply.
