I think its taking time to sink in this type of buisness.
With EBITDA of 28.2% on about $10m with management and director costs fixed or close to this will only increase with higher turnover.
Its all rental or inellectual property so there aren't other costs which are incured with each new contract.
They bought another $1m of scaffolding and they will probably buy more if they need to but the formwork or scaffolding is re-useable and durable.
