I think the gold tenements don't offer much upside to other juniors. They have been driled pretty extensively, so its not likely you could get them, poke a few holes in it and annouce a big resource upgrade.
The SP is below the convertible note strike again, so they are still going to call in the cash.
Not much to see here really is there.
