Just a note that 10c two years ago is the equivalent of 7c today with the additional shares on issue. To get to 10c today it has to be "pumped" almost 50% more than last time.
OBL at 4c would be a pretty good effort, not only is it doubling from here and making the options a source of funds but at 4.2c it's the equivalent of 6c back then which I'm sure people would have been pretty happy with. Seeing as OBL doesn't seem to have a lot of kick and it's retraced pretty heavily on the last two good announcements I don't think you can say 4c, and especially a stable 4c wouldn't be a good effort.
