Hi vodka,
The buying on BOL is slow and looking at the shareholders list, it is more like the substantial shareholders increasing their stake holdings in the last 2 months than anything else in anticipation of a good report coming out from the first quarter.BOL has been a disappointment in the last 2 years, but from price movement recently,hopefully this may change.
