I reckon SP has bottomed and will hit 1.80 before too long. Why would id drop to $1.60 when the lucretive ATO contract kicks in today? CLH has stated 'finding debtors (who who cash on goods, utility bills etc) is getting more difficult.
The ATO contract involves people who earn money and have not paid correct amount of tax. Far easier to trace and tap these customers than someone who has chucked his mobile into a lake and bolted to Coba Pedy or wherever.
2HFY16 will be strong and my calcs show 11c eps for the half year. FY17 will see earnings flow in from ATO work and better days ahead. 1HFY16 has been weak and CLH have stated the reasons. But (imo) the huge drop from $2.25 was an over-reaction.
