Hi Glasto - sale to ARC Energy [subside of AWE] finalised today... announcement made to market today. Would be interested in experts' opinions out there [as I am def. no expert], as to how on earth 2 directors allowed to buy at 26.5cents on May 11th, announce purchases to market on 14th [Friday] and then announce to market on monday [17th] that ARC have put in a bid of 40cents so that the share price opens at 41cents on monday morning. A nice 14.5cents or 50% profit overnight thank you very much.
I find that shocking - but I'm just a naive little mom 'n pop investor trying to earn an honest dollar [or rather trying not to lose my savings at the current time].
