I doubt it's anything more significant than that ... I'm tipping that the buyers are similar to those who bought into the first tranche of BrisConnections, when the part-paid units were being traded at one tenth of a cent each, but paying out a dividend of (if I remember rightly) five cents each. Might even have been more; one comment suggests 14 cents each.

They see the upside, and not the downside.

Don't hold your breath, is my advice, not until there's some serious depth on the buying side ... and I don't see that happening in a hurry.
