I agree with you pkn, the tide will/should turn but it will take time.
... on the other hand most institutions would be well aware of Reward/SOP from researching the industry as other companies have promoted to probably every source of funding in Australia for a solid two years, so it shouldn't take too long for them to make an investment decision
