DOW has $7bil pipeline tenders in the works.
If they win 70%+ of $7bil then expect a capital raising of approx $150mil.
Christmas Creek is the big one at $3bil.
If this comes to be, then it should translate additional 55 to 75 cents to the share price.
Apparently we should know in about 3 weeks or so.
Recent director buying suggests they are confident.
