    It seems we are two lone wolves on this thread....Ah well.
    # RIS cash flow in the June Qrtr was 200% up from the Dec one, even though revenues declined slightly.
    # Their cash hoarding increased to over $10m.
    What will they do with this cash?....Expansion?.... Dividend? ...or both.
    Fair value is over 16c....This value will be realized....a 4 bagger from where we are.....Patience.
