would have thought this was a good buy under $3. The yield is very good in comparison to their other listed companys. This market is driven by funds dicking around with rate fears etc. I can't see rates going anywhere and this market will turn and run again. Why would rates run with high oil prices? they say this will drive inflation and rates..the problem i have with that is spending is slowing down and punters try and pay off debt etc. The two things may well cancel each other out. People are spending less of goods and even food to make up for the extra fuel costs. Bird flu? who knows, if it goes nuts, then everything is a short.
