Totally agree with your thoughts on the accumulation.
However, I still believe that the practice of selling short, whether official or unofficial (intraday trades with or without valid SRN numbers or the appropriate governance by those who should be enforcing it) along with the computer bots have all helped to bring the old girl down to this level.
It could be said she would have fallen to these levels under her own steam in these tough market conditions with out any of the above influences, and yes that is a valid argument.
I still believe on my daily observation of ARC for the last few years and my previous working experience that my comments hold water.
