The last 4 or so days do show a volume increase but its with a very low SP or even a decreasing SP, so if there were no ann ATM one may logisise that it's bargain hunters buying
but a little more telling is the chart showing OBV, and as you can see even though the SP has been hanging around the 0.10 area for a while the OBV curve has not revisited the values it was around end of Sept '10
That said it's a real feat to TA a stock so thinly traded
