Another grab for millions of shares at half price by Directors, and we know who will be awarded the lions share of these!!!!! Must be good to be awarded xxx number of options and then sell them at 12 cents which in turn holds the market back, as is seen over this last period. How many options have been exercised by company employees/directors over the last year......at least two lots in last 6 months. Is it no wonder the share price doesn't reflect true value when the Directors keep greasing their own palms. I would have thought these people are getting sizeable wage packets already. You can see how Mather has acquired over 7% of company. A new financial year just around the corner and no doubt more share/options will be on the cards again.
