The buyers and sellers have been so far apart that trades have been few and far between over the past few months. Even if the buyers were willing to pay the asking price, there is very little PPN volume available for sale.
Although the buyers seem to be living on Mars and the sellers on Venus, the Martians have been adding fuel to their spaceships and seem to be getting ready to make the long trip up to meet Venus.
The half year report, due in a few weeks, might stir things up a bit and we could see some interplanetary marriages in March, especially if PPN gives them more good profits and dividends as a wedding present.
