    IMO3 ... 11.5C IS THE MAJOR RESISTENCE AND PREVIOUS HIGH SO IF it can get back up to 10.5c -11c it has a real chance of moving thru...
    With copper5 futures prices loked in at $3.40c lb it appears the market believes a shortage will occur.....looks that way to me also
