The mill would be worth say $5 - $10m depending on its condition. The Minj is worth bugger all, although they reckon they can get $5m for it. It's a dog. Why else would Gindalbie have sold the precious metals rights at Minjar but Monarch, despite spruiking its charms as a gold field, have done nothing there since buying it?
Gindalbie had a good crack at Minjar and gave up after they realised iron ore was easier.
Also the administrator plans to keep Mt Ida running to generate cashflow, so it's not for sale.
Interesting to see if Monarch try to sell Mt Magnet assets, or do they still belong to Harmony?
