.... 181k units to buy from 34 buyers.... average of slightly more than 5k units per person. $1300 seems like a very small average parcel value. Someone trying to give the impression of more demend than there is?
Still buyers are outnumbering sellers and I'm expecting a close to 27 close as people scramble before 4:10.
